It is an inspiration tool that, from the perspective of design and innovation, explores, researches, and analyzes cases of brands, initiatives, technologies, and trends that are making a difference and contributing to the future of the food industry.
The starting point was a set of questions developed across the four chapters of the book: What is the origin of the products we consume? How can ingredients be enhanced through transformation? How do brands create real connections with people? How can experiences be built around products? Among others.
A small section expands on the interest in Colombian-origin ingredients, highlighting the work of local brands. The book concludes with a conversation between experts on food design, innovation, food, research, and design from various perspectives and fields of knowledge.
